On august 8th 2015 I spent a day in Luxemburg with a friend. Our goal were the Eurocity trains from Brussels to Switzerland, and the nighttrain from Nice to Luxemburg.

The day started sunny, so a bit after sunrise we were already standing in a field waiting for our first shot of the day. After a couple of regional trains, we could mark the Nice – Luxemburg night train off our list, as it passed us in soft sunlight in Livange. In only a couple of minutes it will arrive in Luxemburg city and deliver its passengers safely at their destination.
This train has stopped circulating on june 26th of 2016.
